Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 2 is almost out, and it’s got a lot of people asking about the MW2 Battle Pass price. With the battle pass being a huge part of future updates, it’s not a shock that so many care about what it contains and how much it costs.

While you can unlock some of the tiers on the MW2 Battle Pass without spending real money, it’ll take a lot longer to do so than paying for the battle pass itself.

MW2 Battle Pass will cost 1000 COD points, which is around $9.99. It’s likely that’ll be a universal price too, with it costing ten of whatever your local currency is.

You can also spend 150 COD points to skip a tier on the battle pass and unlock things much faster than if you just played through the game normally.

There’s also the option to buy a battle pass bundle that not only gives you everything you’d expect from the battle pass but also gives you instant access to twenty different tier skips, allowing you to get to new and more varied content much more quickly.

How Many Free Tiers Are There?

There are twenty free tiers of content that you can get just by playing the game, and these free tiers also include two fully functional guns. There are also other rewards in the battle pass in general such as:

• Operator Skins
• Operator Missions
• A New Operator
• Weapon Blueprints

That’s plenty of content to be getting on with, and enough to justify the price of admission in our eyes. Obviously, the overall content will vary based on which season of the battle pass you’re playing, but that’ll change over the lifespan of the game (which is likely to be a couple of years, given previous COD game lifecycles).
