PUBG Mobile is getting one of its biggest updates yet with the arrival of the new iteration of the Livik map, a collaboration with Evangelion, and more. There will also be limited-time events in the near future that players can participate in to earn cosmetic rewards. Here is everything you need to know about the new update.

Evangelion X PUBG Mobile Collaboration

The Evangelion X PUBG Mobile Collaboration is now live. The new themed game mode featured blue zone mechanics to make the battles faster and more exciting than the standard battle royale modes. Players can watch EVA Unit 01 fight the sixth angel, and earn some limited-time goodies for a limited time. Players can also earn supplies from the Defensive fortress throughout the event. Once the event ends, the cosmetics will no longer be available, so you should complete your event challenges as soon as possible.

Livik Map Reworks Offers Exciting Gameplay Changes

All urban areas in Livik have been redesigned and graphics have been upgraded to deliver more diverse combat experiences and strategic depth. One of the biggest changes to the gameplay is that the new Utility Task Vehicle (UTV) can now move freely and quickly through all terrain which is a game-changer if you want to make some quick escapes or want to find creative ways to traverse the map.

There are also some new weapons that have been added in the new update. Players can use the new Livik-exclusive XT Upgrade Crates to upgrade the following weapons: AKM, M416, P90, MK12, M24, and more.

Map Improvements Included for Emergency Pickups

Emergency Pickup will summon a rescue plane to pick players up and fly them towards the Playzone in PUBG Mobile which is one of the long-awaited changes that players have been asking for. However, before you get too excited about the new change, the feature is only available in Erangel and Miramar in Ranked and Unranked Mode.

The new update also has some changes for Clans that enhanced the performance of some Clan screens and implementation of new Clan Team Training Missions. In case the Clan Leader or Co-leader is inactive for a long period, the system will automatically transfer management privileges.
