We’re very excited to try this out too. Don’t get us wrong, there are loads of PSVR 2 games to look forward to, but a racing sim is a particularly good candidate for a VR update. After all, racing simulators rely heavily on immersion, hence why aggressively trading paint and Ken Block-esque drifting is typically out of the question.
Of course, virtual reality is all about immersion too, which is unsurprising given the name. So, combing a racing sim with VR is a no-brainer, and that’s exactly what the new update for Gran Turismo 7 has done.
However, we can still increase the immersion here if we add one of the best racing wheels for PS5, and with that, you’ve got the beginnings of a very capable racing simulator setup.
