In order to determine what to expect from the initial launches of the graphics card series, we compare the RTX 4070 Ti vs 3070.

The GA104-300 GPU is only used by the 3070. It has a 392mm² die with 17.4 billion transistors and was produced using Samsung’s 8nm manufacturing technology.
The RTX 4070 Ti and RTX 3070 have different speed and capacity specifications. The internal core of the 3070 has 5,888 CUDA cores. While the 4070 Ti is rumored to have 7,680. The 40 card contains 12GB of GDDR6X memory with a 21 Gbps clock speed on a 192-bit bus and a 504 GB/s bandwidth.
With 16GB of VRAM running at 14 Gbps on a 256-bit bus, the RTX 3070 offers a bandwidth of 448 GB/s. The outdated card has yet another benefit. It is a well-known database with a sizable user base, so it is helpful for comparisons even though it is unlikely to provide us with a clear answer on the performance.
