Finding where to buy RTX 4080 Super GPUs, particularly if you’re looking for the the best price, can be a bit of a pain; however we’re here to make it as easy as possible for you. This new GPU will be hitting the shelves today – on the 31st of January, and you’ll be able to buy them online at 6AM PT / 9AM ET / 2PM GMT / 3PM CET. Various retailers have already listed different AIBs of the card, some of them with pricing, and you can take a look at some of these below and bookmark the pages so you can best prepare yourself to pull the trigger ASAP when the RTX 4080 Super release date comes around.

Is the RTX 4080 Super out yet?

The RTX 4080 Super was launched/unveiled a few weeks back, but will be hitting the shelves in a matter of hours. Specifically it is becoming available to buy on January the 31st – one week after the 4070 Ti Super and two weeks after the 4070 Super. Here’s why you should consider waiting for the RTX 4080 Super before you upgrade your GPU this month.

Can you pre order the RTX 4080 Super?

The RTX 4080 Super wasn’t available to pre order in the technical, as with many previous Nvidia GPUs, although we did see some listings for the GPUs go live several hours early (such as those listed above).

Most graphics cards are typically released all at once on the day and available to buy at a certain time. We have not seen the option to pre order GPUs in many years, apart from certain retailers offering pre orders on AIB models that might be released later in the year after the initial release (UK retailer Scan does this sometimes). If you want to ensure you don’t miss out on this card before stocks run out, we recommend that you take a look at the below retailer links and then bookmark them, returning to buy upon the release date (ideally right on the release time).

Will the 4080 Super retail at the MSRP?

We expect the Founder’s Edition of the card to retail at MSRP (which is $999.99) in most of the major retailers like Amazon and Best Buy, though there may be slight pricing differences. Most price variation will come with the different AIBs of the cards, which will have their own recommended pricing from the manufacturer, plus tend to vary a bit more across different retailers. Do we expect to see RTX 4080 Super stock issues?

Although the RTX 4080 Super looks to be a good graphics card and we think it will be fairly popular, given the high price tag we expect many people to probably opt for cheaper alternatives, particularly if the standard RTX 4080 drops significantly in price.
