How to Connect Bose Speakers to iPhone?

Bose speakers come with modern wireless technology that allows you to pair them with your iPhone wirelessly via Bluetooth. There are actually two ways to connect Bose speakers to iPhone.

Method 1: Using Bluetooth

Switch on speakers

Switch on your Bose speaker by pressing the power button on the upper right part of the speaker for a few seconds.

Activate Bluetooth on the speaker

Now activate Bluetooth on the speaker by pressing and holding the Bluetooth button on the speaker for three seconds. Once the speaker is in pairing mode, you will see a blue light flashing.

Turn on Bluetooth on your iPhone

Turn on Bluetooth on your iPhone by going to Settings > Bluetooth.

Find the speaker and connect to it

In the list of available Bluetooth devices on your iPhone, select your Bose speaker.

Once the speaker is connected to your iPhone, you will hear a message “Connected to [your iPhone’s name].

The flashing blue light on your speaker will also turn white once it is connected to your iPhone.

Method 2: Using NFC

  1. Turn on the Bose SoundLink speaker.
  2. Open the NFC reader on your iPhone by going to the Control Center and tapping on the inverted Wi-Fi icon.
  3. Now put your iPhone over the Bose logo and hold it for a few seconds.
  4. Accept the prompt on your iPhone asking you to pair.

And voila! You have connected your Bose speakers to your iPhone.
