Best pink laptop in 2024: reviews

Below are the finest pink, rose gold, and similar colored laptops currently available. We’ve tried to cover a range of options for different use-cases and budgets, so you should find the right option for you here somewhere.

The best pink gaming laptop

Razer Blade 14 (RTX 3070 Ti, 1440p, 165Hz) – Quartz Pink

Razer Blade 14 quartz pink

CPU

AMD Ryzen 9 6900HX

Graphics

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti (8GB)

RAM

16GB

Storage

1TB SSD

Screen Size

14”

Max Refresh Rate

165Hz

Pros
  • Still a potent GPU & CPU combination
  • MUX Switch boosts performance
  • Great contrast & good brightness
  • Great build quality
  • Thin and lightweight
  • Good response times for a smaller laptop
Cons
  • Expensive
  • Has a relatively Low TGP RTX 3070 Ti due to size constraints

This 2022 variant of the Razer Blade 14 is a fine portable gaming laptop, even if it’s not the latest model available. The latest models aren’t available in this color at the time of writing unfortunately, although Razer does offer a range of skins for their devices including the ‘Geometric Quartz’ Razer Blade cover if you want to pinkify one of the newer devices (though this won’t include the trackpad, keyboard or bezels like this proper quartz Blade 14). Razer even do a range for MacBooks if you’re interested.

The laptop has a 1440p/QHD panel with 165Hz maximum refresh rate and FreeSync Premium, with great 100% sRGB color replication and accuracy that means you can also use it for creative, color-based workflows in this space. The 332 nits of peak brightness is solid and the contrast ratio is decent.

Given this is a smaller laptop the RTX 3070 Ti mobile GPU isn’t as powerful as that you’ll find in others, but it still has plenty of welly, and will run the latest AAA games alongside the AMD Ryzen 9 6900HX processor with no problems. The inclusion of the MUX Switch gives an additional performance boost when enabled, and the 16GB of DDR4 RAM and 1TB SSD are quite sufficient for most gamers.

The main downside of this device is the price – the MSRP of $2,599.99 at the time of writing is far too much to pay for a device like this based on its specs alone, though we’ve seen them frequently reduced by $400-$600, which is a more reasonable price range. Ultimately Razer laptops aren’t cheap, particularly ones in rare color configurations like this, but you do get top notch build quality with all of their devices.

A rose(ish) gold MacBook Air

Apple Macbook Air M1 (2020) – Gold

Apple Macbook Air M1 2020 Gold

Screen Size

13.3 Inches

Processor

Apple M1 chip

Graphics and Video Support

Apple 8-core GPU

RAM

8GB/16GB

Storage

256GB or 512GB SSD

Pros
  • Beautiful high-res display
  • Good peak brightness
  • Great keyboard
  • Good battery life
  • Great speakers
  • Runs silent
  • Fantastic build quality & aesthetics
  • Thin, light and portable
Cons
  • Often only 256GB storage, with upgrade options being expensive
  • Soldered RAM means you can’t upgrade after purchase

It’s a bit of a push to call this laptop a true rose gold device, but it’s certainly got a pinker hugh than proper gold in our eyes, so is still worth your consideration. If you want to pink it up further you could always buy a custom pink cover separately and add it to the device.

The MacBook Air is one of the best general productivity laptops out there, and though this isn’t the latest model, it’s now available for a very reasonable price considering what you get for your money.

The 2560 x 1600 retina panel is very high resolution, particularly for a 13.3-inch screen, and has excellent contrast, color replication, and a peak brightness of 400 nits, which isn’t sufficient for use in direct sunlight, but means you can use it outdoors in shaadier areas or on more overcast days.

The efficiency of the M1 chipset that powers the device means you can get a solid 11 hours of battery duration from it on energy saving mode. The speakers, whilst not as good as those of the MacBook Pro, still wipe the floor with those on nearly every Windows laptop out there. The membrane keyboard is great for typing, and the design quality of the device overall is top-notch. At only 2.8lbs/1.29kg its nice and light, and the slim form factor makes it easily portable.

Really the only drawback of this laptop is that if you want to upgrade the RAM, and particularly the storage past the relatively paltry 256GB SSD size, this can cost a great deal extra. A better solution might be to supplement it with an external SSD drive.

A solid 14” tranquil pink laptop for general productivity

HP Pavilion Plus 14″ Wide Ultra XGA Laptop (Pink)

HP Pavilion Plus 14 pink

Processor

AMD Ryzen 5 4600H / Intel Core i5-11300H

RAM

8GB DDR4 SDRAM

Graphics Processor

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650

Storage

256GB SSD

Display

15.6″ Full HD (1920 x 1080) IPS

Weight

4.96 lbs

Pros
  • Good value when on offer
  • 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM
  • Good battery life
  • Good quality webcam
Cons
  • Pricey at full MSRP
  • Trackpad could be better

This soft pink color laptop has some fairly powerful specs for a general productivity machine, including an AMD Ryzen 5 7540U processor, 16GB of the latest LPDDR5 RAM, and a 512GB SSD.

The 14-inch screen is of FHD resolution, but has the additional headspace provided by the 16:10 aspect ratio, which is better for viewing documents and web-pages. A version with a 120Hz 1800p OLED display is also available, though you may find it difficult to get one in this color and it will cost a bit more money.

The efficiency of the Ryzen processor means good battery life – you get around 13 hours of max battery duration with battery saving settings turned on, which is very nice inceed. The webcam is also of a superior quality – well above average for this price point, so if that’s a priority for you this may interest you.

At full price this laptop isn’t cheap, but we’ve seen it reduced substantially on retailers like Best Buy to around the $550 mark, which is a bargain. Besides this, the only thing to complain about really is the touchpad, which isn’t the best out there, but it’s not the worst either, and will do the job if you haven’t got a mouse.

A hot pink laptop with a 15” screen for general productivity

ASUS VivoBook S15 S533

ASUS VivoBook S15 S533

Graphics

Intel Iris Xe Max

RAM

8GB/12GB DDR4 RAM

256GB / 512GB SSD

Screen Size

Max Refresh Rate

60Hz

Pros
  • Matte, anti-refective screen
  • Good build quality
  • Good number of I/O ports including microSD
  • Thin, light and portable
Cons
  • Low peak brightness
  • Trackpad could be better
  • Soldered RAM means you can’t upgrade after purchase

The ASUS VivoBook S15 S533 is a solid general-productivity Windows laptop that’s well worth your consideration. The main body of the laptop is actually silver, which may put some people off who are looking for a fully pink laptop, but the reverse of the lid is colored with a vibrant hot pink. Technically the color is described as ‘Resolute Red’ but let’s face it, most people would call that color pink.

The display isn’t the brightest around – this is definitely an indoor-only laptop, however it does have the benefit of an anti-reflective matte finish on the display, which counteracts the low brightness somewhat by minimising screen glare from surrounding light sources.

You can expect roughly around 8 hours of battery life, which is pretty solid. In terms of weight it comes in at 3.97lbs/1.8kg, which for a 15-inch laptop is pretty low; it’s also nice and slimline, so for a 15” model it’s pretty portable.

The keyboard is decent, and whilst the trackpad is a bit on the cheaper side, it still did the job. The number of ports is however pretty impressive: you get three USB-A ports, one USB-C capable of power delivery, and HDMI port, combo audio jack, and finally a MicroSD card reader.

Pros
  • Good value
  • 2-in-1 functionality & touchscreen
  • Good number of I/O ports including microSD
  • Good battery life
  • Light & portable
Cons
  • Fairly low resolution screen
  • Low peak brightness
  • Like all Chromebooks, requires a consistent web connection to work well

If you’re happy to work with ChromeOS, this Lenovo Chromebook C340 is a fine affordable choice. For the uninitiated, Chromebooks are laptops that don’t require powerful specs to run well as most of their functionality takes place via the cloud – specifically through the Google Chrome web browser. This means you can get good performance for cheaper, although it does mean it is reliant upon a consistent internet connection to work well.

This 11.6-inch sand pink laptop not only has a touchscreen but also convertible, 2-in-1 functionality – meaning you can bend the display back on itself to effectively use the laptop as a tablet, improving its versatility. For such a small device you get a good number of ports and sockets: two USB-A and two USB-C ports, plus a very nice MicroSD card reader – ideal for creatives on the move.

Indeed, at only 2.6lbs in weight, plus with its slimline size and small dimensions generally, it’s very easily portable. The trade-off for this is the smaller screen of course, which might not be everyone’s cup of tea, and the peak brightness is limited to 250 nits – which means it’s not really usable outdoors. The whopping 13 hours battery life you can get out of the laptop is very impressive though.

A rose gold laptop with a 17” for general productivity

HP 2023 17t laptop – Rose Gold

HP 2023 17t rose gold laptop

CPU

AMD Ryzen 7 7840HS

Graphics

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060

RAM

16GB DDR5 RAM

Storage

1TB SSD

Screen Size

16.1”

Max Refresh Rate

165Hz

Pros
  • Touchscreen functionality
  • Huge amount of RAM
  • Huge amount of storage
Cons
  • Low resolution for a 17.3” display
  • Low peak brightness

This 17-inch HP laptop admittedly doesn’t have the best display we’ve ever seen, though it does come with some solid features besides this, plus a metric tonne of memory and storage space. Specifically you get 32GB of DDR4 RAM, which is more than enough for most users, plus a 2TB SSD and 2TB of HDD storage space – very nice indeed.

The display is a touchscreen, which gives the user additional functionality for general and working use, although it’s unfortunately limited to just 250 nits of peak brightness – which means you can only really use it indoors as the screen isn’t bright enough for outdoor use. The main drawback is also that it only has a resolution of 1600 x 900, which is pretty limited considering the 17.3-inch size of the screen.

You get a respectable number of ports: two USB-A, one USB-C plus a HDMI 1.4 port and a combo audio/microphone jack.

The keyboard, trackpad, and surrounding area of the chassis is colored silver, though the sides and front of the lower chassis, the underneath, and the reverse of the lid are all rose gold in color.

Are there any pink gaming laptops?

There is a distinct lack of what we would consider pink gaming laptops available to buy on the current market, with one exception: the Razer Blade 14 QHD 165Hz, complete with a powerful GeForce RTX 3070 Ti (you can also try Amazon if there are any in stock). We’ve discussed the pros and cons of this model above. The fact is that color options for gaming laptops are pretty rare generally, and when they do exist, they tend to be in a couple of the more popular colors. Still, as gaming laptops increase in popularity and in the number of options available, 2024 could bring us a few surprises.

If you’re open to considering other color variants, take a look at our main best gaming laptop guide for some examples across all price points. Or take a gander at our various price guides in the main menu above. The best gaming laptops under $500 guide covers the real budget end, with our best gaming laptop under $800 page at the upper-end of what you’d call budget spectrum. Our best gaming laptop under $1,500 guide covers the mid-range, and our $2,000, $2,500, and $3,000 guides the high-end price points.

Do we expect to see more pink laptops in the future?

For several years now there have been complaints about the relatively limited number of color options available for laptop devices, with the standard silver, grey, black, dark blue being the ones you’ll invariably see, but without much deviation beyond this. Brands are obviously cautious about producing a product in a color that only a minority of people will buy, so tend to stick to colors which will be inoffensive to the largest number of people, and the fact is not everybody is in to pink. That being said, there’s definitely a sizable consumer niche for those looking for all-pink gaming setups, and we think we’ll see big brands like Apple and Razer – who are known for producing high-price, aesthetically pleasing devices – come out with more rose gold and quartz pink models in the future, even if they’re available in relatively limited numbers or cost a bit more money.
