If you’re a fan of Minecraft and a fan of watching gaming content creators, chances are you’ll have heard of Hermitcraft. Hermitcraft is a Minecraft server played, recorded and streamed by some of the most popular Minecraft content creators around today.
Hermitcraft can be a bit of a minefield to get into for the first time, or even for Hermitcraft veterans at the start of a new season. Hermitcraft Season 9 has just started on March 5, 2022, and there are currently 26 Hermits to watch, so just one episode in that’s a lot of hours of content. Since most people won’t have time to watch them all, we suggest finding just a few Hermits you like best and just starting there.
Hermitcraft Season 9 Livestream Weekend
So, if you’re completely new to Hermitcraft, or if you’re looking for someone new to watch this season, the best place to start might be the first Hermitcraft Season 9 Livestream weekend.
While some Hermits upload videos to YouTube, some mostly stream, and others do a mixture of both, a selection will be participating in the first of this season’s Livestream Weekends. With 12 Hermits showcasing the server across the two-day event, you could pop in and out over the whole event and see if anyone in particular catches your eye. For those who are already fairly familiar with the Hermits, it might be worth checking out GeminiTay and PearlescentMoon, both of whom only joined Hermitcraft last season.
When is the Hermitcraft Livestream Weekend?
The first Hermitcraft Livestream Weekend of Season 9 will be taking place on March 12-13, 2022, just one week after the launch of the season. As such, you can expect some early game grafting, a lot of mining, and probably a fair amount of base building! The first stream of March 12 will begin at 12am PST/3am EST/8am GMT, with the last finishing 18 hours later. The Hermits will then be back again starting at 4am PST/7am EST/12pm GMT on March 13, finishing at 6pm PST/9pm EST the same day (2am GMT March 14). The full timetable can be seen below.

How to watch the Hermitcraft Livestream Weekend?
All twelve Hermits will be broadcasting live on their own Twitch channels across the weekend. There is no way to watch all the streams, but each will usually host the next, so you can be sure to stay abreast of all the action, all weekend long. Follow the links in the above list of Hermits to be taken directly to their individual Twitch channels – and drop them a follow ahead of the weekend!
