The Haunting Event Start Date for MW2

The Haunting Event for MW2 and Warzone will release at mid-season for Season 6, on October 17. This will be the Season 6 Reloaded update. This official confirmation comes from Activision’s blog post. This will kick off the spooky festivities, where you can jump into all the new content coming with The Haunting.

Estimated Start Time for The Haunting MW2

While there is no official start time per Activision yet, we can estimate that it will begin at 9am PT / 12pm ET / 5pm BST, as is the time for past Reloaded updates. We’ll update this article once more information comes out.

What’s coming in MW2 The Haunting event?

Gamers will see tons of content being added for the Halloween-themed event coming to MW2 and Warzone. Activision has packed in the content for this year’s event, and gamers are sure to be pleased.

You can continue to rank up through every tier of the Battle Pass. Fans can expect tons of loot to earn as they grind through all the gameplay, and The Haunting will bring even more modes to enjoy and earn XP through.

Modes

There are tons of new modes coming with The Haunting, including Operation Nightmare, Vondead, Zombie Royale, and Vondead Lockdown. These modes will be added during the mid-season update, marking them as part of The Haunting event that will take over Al Mazrah and Vondel. Existing modes like Kill Confirmed, Domination, and more are also being updated to include some Halloween fun. These modes are filled with scares, the undead, cryptic anomalies, jump scares, and plenty more.

Operator and Weapon Bundles

Bundles galore! MW2 and Warzone is packed with crossover bundles allowing fans to play as a variety of new operators. These include Alucard from Hellsing, Ash Williams from Evil Dead 2, Inarius and Lilith from Diablo, Skeletor from Masters of the Universe, and more. You can also get access to the DOOM Weapons Bundle, which unlocks the DOOM Chainsaw and more. These will all run perfectly with the best gaming laptop for MW2.

Operator Skins

Operators aren’t the only crossovers Activision is adding. Tons of new operator skins will be coming for The Haunting, so you can enjoy Halloween with your favorite operators.
