We’ve been seeing a lot of great tech deals recently, from big discounts around Memorial Day to the ongoing Father’s day deals. Now the budding TikTok shop has joined the party with some incredible deals on the well-regarded LG Tone Free line of TWS (True Wireless) earbuds. It’s worth noting here that these discounts are exclusive to the TikTok Shop. This means you’ll have to download TikTok in order to take advantage of the ludicrous discounts. But when you’re saving 60% on some of the best earbuds out there, is it really that much effort? Let’s take a look at the products in question to see just how sweet these deals are.

We’ll start with what these different earbuds have in common, then get to the different features. Luckily, the best stuff is shared across both the LG Tone Free FN4’s and the FN7, the specs shared by both are as follows:

These are already some pretty impressive specs, especially given the huge discounts TikTok has given us on the LG Tone Free earbuds. However, what exactly separates the FN4s from the FN7s? Let’s take a closer look as it’s actually pretty interesting, and a unique feature, as far as we know at least.

The LG Tone Free FN7s are equipped with LG’s very own UVnano sanitizing technology. This novel feature takes the form of a pair of UV lights within the charging case. These automatically switch on when the earbuds are in and the case is closed. The UVnano tech then disinfects the earbuds within ten minutes. This kills a purported 99.9% of the bacteria sitting around on the earbuds, which is a particularly excellent feature for the more sanitary-minded among you. This fun feature is great, but BOTH of the LG Tone Free earbuds here offer some of the very best ANC (Active Noise Cancelation) you can get in terms of TWS earbuds.

Both the FN7’s and FN4s feature LG’s class-leading ANC tech. This uses microphones mounted on the exterior of the earbuds to monitor outside noise, after some nerdy algorithm stuff that we don’t understand, they then broadcast the opposite frequencies through the driver in real-time. This effectively cancels out exterior noise. The extent of this can be controlled via a mobile app, allowing for as much or as little noise as you prefer.
