The GPU equivalent to RTX 3080 Ti is the AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT. The GeForce RTX 3080 Ti is NVIDIA’s “ultimate play” GPU, utilizing Ampere architecture and 2nd generation RTX. It has 12GB of GDDR6X memory and 10240 CUDA cores on an 8nm GA102 GPU.

Additionally, it offers a significant performance improvement over the RTX 3080, its predecessor. The RTX 3090 and RTX 3090 Ti are two additional GPUs that sit on top of the RTX 3080 Ti.
Up until the RX 6950 XT, which is an upgrade of the RX 6900 XT, became AMD’s flagship GPU, the Radeon RX 6900 XT was essentially the company’s top GPU.
A 7nm TSMC Navi 21 GPU, 5120 stream processors, 80 compute units, 80 ray accelerators, 128 ROPs, and 16GB of GDDR6 memory operating on a 256-bit memory interface are all included in the Radeon RX 6900 XT.
In contrast to NVIDIA’s RT cores plus Tensor cores, AMD’s current GPU only has ray accelerators rather than Tensor cores for AI. AMD isn’t yet on par with NVIDIA in terms of ray tracing, thus. However, AMD offers FidelityFX Super Resolution, an upscaling technology that is comparable to NVIDIA’s DLSS and is similar to it.
