UPDATE: December 17th, 2021 — The troubles with claiming the Blizzabelle Outfit seem to be mostly resolved now. Some players may still experience delayed waiting times in the Launcher, but the issues should now be fixed for most.
UPDATE: December 16th, 2021 — If you are having trouble getting the Blizzabelle skin, this is likely due to overwhelming demand on the Epic Games Store causing some issues. Keep trying or hang tight and try again later, as Epic are aware of the problem and are working on it! Watch out on Twitter to find out when the situation is resolved.

Every year, Fortnite gives away cosmetic items to players throughout the run up to Christmas Day. A kind of in-game Fortnite Advent calendar, if you will. 2021 is no different, with Winterfest launching on December 16th, 2021. With Winterfest 2021, the Blizzabelle Outfit has been made available, but sadly it won’t be up for grabs to everyone.
How to get Blizzabelle
Blizzabelle is a new variation on the popular, fan-created Isabelle skin and has been released as part of the Fortnite Winterfest event 2021. But it’s only available to those players using the Epic Games launcher.
To claim Blizzabelle, all you need to do is log in to Fortnite through the Epic Games Launcher during Winterfest 2021 and collect her from the Item Shop. The Epic Games Launcher doesn’t have to be your primary method of playing Fortnite, though. As long as you can simply log in to Fortnite from the Epic Games Launcher long enough to claim the Outfit, you’ll find Blizzabelle in your locker on any linked devices. When can I claim Blizzabelle?
The Blizzabelle skin is only available to claim between December 16th and January 6th. In other words, the duration of the Fortnite Winterfest event. The icy-blue Outfit won’t be available immediately, though, only launching a few hours after the start of Winterfest 2021 at 8am PST/11am EST/4pm GMT. As items stay in your locker once you own them, though, claim Blizzabelle between these dates and she’ll be yours to keep.
Fortnite’s Krisabelle skin is available to everyone
If you don’t have access to Epic Games Launcher, however, don’t worry, there’s yet another holiday-themed Isabelle variation which anybody can claim. The red and green Krisabelle variant has been revealed as the contents of one of the Lodge presents. Open the right one, and Krisabelle will be yours. (Of course you’re guaranteed her eventually – as long as you remember to open them all!)
