Both are OLED gaming monitors, but both are very different from one another. So, who wins the battle between the ROG Swift PG27AQDM vs Acer Predator X45? Let’s find out.
First up, we’ve got the ROG Swift PG27AQDM. This 27-inch OLED beast comes with a 2K resolution, which is great for those who don’t want to splurge on a 4K display but still want to enjoy crisp visuals.
And man, are those visuals crisp! With a refresh rate of 240Hz and a response time of 0.03ms, you’re just about the fastest gamer online. Plus, the anti-glare micro-textured coating ensures you can see everything clearly, even in bright lighting.

Now, let’s move on to the Acer Predator X45. This 45-inch monster is an ultrawide monitor with a resolution of 3440×1440 pixels and a staggering 800R curve.

If a compact monitor that is cheaper but still packs everything the OLED technology has to offer is more for your taste, the PG27AQDM is the way to go.
Specifications-wise, both displays are fairly similar, with the same refresh rate and comparable resolutions. But if you’re someone who wants a larger, ultrawide monitor with more than an aggressive, violent curvet, the X45 is the clear winner.
