Having your friends around to watch your gameplay is fun. However, if they are not around to watch you play in person, PlayStation offers the option to share screen with another player.

The Share Screen feature in PS5 allows you to stream your gaming sessions with anyone in a Party. This feature even comes with a picture-in-picture mode so you can see your friend’s reactions as you play.

But if you are a PSVR2 player, you may be wondering whether it is possible to share your screen with your friends on PSVR2. Fortunately, it is!

In this article, we will explain how to share screen with another player on PSVR2. So let’s dive right in.

How to Share Screen with Another Player on PSVR2?

While you can share your screen with another player on PSVR2, you cannot Share Play. To use the Share Screen feature on PSVR2, follow these steps:

Step

1

Navigate to the Game Base

Press the PS button on your PS VR2 Sense controller and select Game Base.

Step

2

Go to the Parties section

Now go to “Parties” and select a party to share your screen with.

Step

3

Select the ‘Share screen’ option

Go to the Voice Chat window and then select the Share Screen option.

Doing so would initiate the Share Screen session and all the friends in the selected Party will get an invite to join. Once they accept the card and press the PS button, they will see a card. Selecting this card would share your screen with them.

Broadcast Yourself During Playthroughs on PSVR2

The PSVR2 also comes with a Broadcast feature. By using this feature, you can share your live movements and reactions with your friends while in-game. You can use this feature by mounting the PS5 camera on your console.

Once done, you will be able to stream your recording and share all your movements with friends while being immersed in the gameplay. Cool, right?
