F1 Manager 2023 has finally gone live, so players are trying it out for the first time (excluding the Early Access period). As is the case with most games, currency is valuable. Making money is important to Formula One managers so they can upgrade vehicles and generally get better at the game.

Making money, again as is the case with most games, is not all that simple. It’s vital, but there are only a few ways to get it. Here are a couple of things prospective drivers can consider when it comes to increasing funds in Frontier Developments’ F1 Manager 23.

How can I make money in F1 Manager 23?

One of the best ways to make money in F1 Manager 23 is to pay attention to sponsor goals. Sponsors make you money regardless of the mode, but there are optional goals put before each race that will increase the amount of money you make. The sponsors automatically give players goals to make money, but these are optional.

Failure to complete these goals does come with a penalty, so it’s not as if it’s free money with no risk. There is a risk, but accepting the ones you can complete and doing so is one of the best ways to get money in F1 Manager.

Doing well in races is the ultimate goal of F1 Manager 23 and it’s the main source of cash. As such, it’s important to get good at the game if you want to make money. However, it’s not all about winning. You can do well and earn money and move up on leaderboards without winning.

Striving to win can leave you high and dry. Some teams, like McLaren, Ferrari, Monaco, and others are just that good. It’s hard to beat drivers like Max Verstappen, Fernando Alonso, and capture flags. Thus, spending all assets and effort to try and win is often fruitless and leaves you in a worse position (and with less money) than before.
