Forza Motorsport is one of the premier racing games out there, and Forza Motorsport 8 is the latest in the long-running franchise. The hit racing game has been popular since 2005, with bigger and better gameplay coming with every single entry. With the latest coming out, fans are wondering when they’ll be able to get their hands on it.
When does Forza Motorsport 8 come out?
Forza Motorsport 8 releases on October 10, 2023. The official launch is scheduled for then, according to the developers. It will not be long until fans of the hit racing simulator will be able to play with all of Turn 10 Studios’ new upgrades.
And ahead of that release, the game has officially gone gold, which means they have submitted Forza Motorsport for retail disc pressing and have started preloads on Xbox Series X|S consoles and Microsoft Windows 10/11 PCs.
Most of the familiar game modes will be present in the latest release. Old locations as well as new ones, such as Kyalami in South Africa, will be in the game as well. Classic spots like Maple Valley are returning. You can drive in a Cadillac, Chevrolet Corvette E-Ray, Nissan GT-R Nismo, Pontiac Firebird Trans Am SD-455, and more.
The game is said to have better physics and better graphics as well. Real-time ray tracing was kept in mind when developing, which is a new gaming feature new-gen consoles have been able to implement. Check out the official trailer below.
The game is multiplayer and will continue from where Forza Horizon was. The game was initially revealed at the Xbox Games Showcase. There will be a Premium Edition, too. It is available on multiple platforms, so be sure to get yourself a copy so you can join the fun on October 10.
