At 10:30AM ET today, Madden 23 revealed its latest round of Team Of The Week (TOTW) players that fans will be able to add to their collections as soon as 4PM ET. Of all the weekly announcements that MUT makes regarding its various card programs, TOTW is arguably the biggest of them all, and unsurprisingly so.

Releasing ten new players every Tuesday, MUT provides an enticing variety of offensive and defensive standouts that fans can acquire. Several NFL players delivered some remarkable performances. But of all the players that rose to the occasion in Week 4, which will be featured on the latest drop of TOTW players in MUT?

We go over all of the new players selected to the Madden 23 Week 4 TOTW.

Player Of The Week (91 Overall)

The Buffalo Bills were down 20-3 to the Baltimore Ravens prior to halftime. Yet somehow, the Bills pulled off a miraculous comeback win over the Ravens, defeating them 23-20. And a key reason why the Bills were able to execute their successful comeback, was because of strong safety Jordan Poyer.

Poyer had six combined tackles to go with three passes defended and two interceptions, one of which came on a 4th-and-Goal play late in the fourth quarter. Poyer’s second interception saved the Bills, and as a result, he was named the Madden 23 Player of the Week.

The Madden 23 Week 4 TOTW LTD, is the former Green Bay Packer ROLB Za’Darius Smith. In Week 4 of the 2020 NFL season, Smith had himself eight combined tackles, five quarterback hits, and three sacks en route to a dominant 30-16 win over the Atlanta Falcons.

What is TOTW?

Team Of The Week (TOTW) is a MUT program that releases 10 new players that had special performances within the game week that the NFL just completed.

When does Madden 23 release the TOTW players in the game?

The TOTW players are added into the game every Tuesday at 4PM ET.

Will the Champions ever include players from the present-day NFL?

The TOTW Champions always consist of two players (former or current) that had special performances in previous seasons on the game week Madden 23 is featuring them in. However, Champions usually will consist of two players that no longer play in the NFL.
