Epic Games has done wonders with the battle royale that is Fortnite. Starting off as a small game in 2017, the game has grown to an unimaginable size, delivering multiple live events that have brought the gaming community together.
The last live Fortnite event happened back in Chapter 3 Season 4 and it was called Fracture. Will there be another live event to close out Mega? It wouldn’t be a surprise. Will Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 3 have a live event?
Is Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 getting a live event?
While Fortnite has become known for live gaming events to usher in new seasons, it doesn’t appear like the next season will have a live event. This means that there won’t be a live event in Chapter 4 Season 2 that will close out Fortnite Mega. At least, there hasn’t been any confirmed live event mentioned by Epic Games.
The next season of Fortnite is called Fortnite Wilds and it will bring many changes to the map. Many believe that Anvil Square will get destroyed and replaced by a new jungle biome. That would certainly make the map more interesting.
A teaser for Season 3 revealed a new POI in the middle of a picturesque forest. Perhaps another event like Fracture could happen to usher in these positive changes, but it is unlikely Epic Games will announce any live event with Season 3 starting on June 9.
There is plenty to look forward to in the next season with new weapons and some much-needed changes to the map. Perhaps there will be a live event when Season 3 comes to a close and they bring in even more changes to the map. For now, many anticipate some changes to the medieval biome of the map.
Only time will tell when the next live event in Fortnite will be. For now, it seems that players will be waiting a little while to participate in another one.
Why is Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 not getting a live event?
The last Fortnite event was Fracture, this occurred during the end of Chapter 3 and there has not been a event since, this ultimately leads to our assumption as to why Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 will not be getting an event unfortunately and that live events will only act as conclusions to chapters and not seasons.
