The next Fortnite season won’t be released anytime soon, but despite this, we might already know its theme. Epic Games may have subtly hinted at the theme of the next season, and if it turns out that this is accurate, many players will be excited.
It appears that the video game developer has mirrored Chapter 1 seasons so far but in reverse order. Due to this, there is a decent chance that the next Fortnite season will have another dark season, just like Chapter 1 – Season 7.

Next Fortnite season could have a winter theme
Epic Games has perfectly mirrored Chapter 1 seasons so far in Chapter 4. However, they did it in a reverse order, which is why it was harder to spot it. Here are all the themes of these seasons:
- Season 1 & Season X: Seasons with rifts and the knight Battle Pass skin
- Season 2 & Season 9: Futuristic theme
- Season 3 & Season 8: Jungle biome with a tropical theme
If Epic keeps releasing seasons like this, the next Fortnite season will likely have a winter theme. The name of Chapter 1 – Season 7 was You Better Watch out and it’s one of the most popular Fortnite seasons of all time. It was also the first-ever season that brought a snow biome.
Many players would love to have another version of Chapter 1 – Season 7. This season was fantastic and it also added Creative mode, which ended up being very popular. Additionally, this was the only Fortnite season that allowed players to earn a free Battle Pass for the next season.
Unfortunately, it also had the Infinity Blade, the controversial weapon that was available in the game for only a few days.

According to reputable leakers, Chapter 4 – Season 4 will be the last season of the chapter. Due to this, Epic may decide to bring out something big and go out with a bang!
