LoL Chess Patch Notes 13.13c – July 10

The latest patch for LoLChess includes a mix of nerfs and bug fixes. Nerfs were made to Kai’Sa and Lux, while Sett was fixed and 4-star Yordles now sell for the correct amount of gold. The developers stated that they wanted to make light meta refinements and fix two high-impact bugs with this patch. It is likely to shake up the meta a bit, but it is too early to say how significant the impact will be.

Below are all of the patch notes for July 10, specifically for the 13.13 mid-patch updates.

  • Legend Augments:
    • Buried Treasures I/II/III have had their gold removed.
    • Tiny Grab Bag gold has been reduced from 8 to 4.
    • Big Grab Bag gold has been reduced from 12 to 8.
    • Giant Grab Bag gold has been reduced from 15 to 10.
  • Champions:
    • Kai’Sa’s mana has been nerfed from 40/110 to 40/140.
    • Lux’s starting mana has been nerfed from 25/45 to 0/40.
    • Lux’s Torrent of Light damage has been nerfed from 750/1125/3333 to 700/1050/3333.
  • Bugs:
    • An exploit where Sett could be made nearly invincible has been removed.
    • 4-star Yordles now sell for the correct amount of gold.

The main changes in this patch are the nerfs to Buried Treasures and Grab Bag augments, as well as the nerfs to Kai’Sa and Lux. These changes are intended to make the meta more balanced and to address some of the overpowered strategies that were being used. The bug fixes also address some of the issues that were making the game less enjoyable.
