How to stagger enemies in Armored Core 6

If you want to stagger an enemy in Armored Core 6, you will want to fill up the segmented bar above the enemy’s heath bar. This yellow bar also appears above your health bar. If you deal enough damage very consistently through the use of combos to the enemy, the bar will fill up and turn red.

When the enemy’s impact bar turns red, it will cause the mech to shut down and become immobile for a few seconds. The same will happen if you let your impact meter fill up. Be sure to run away when necessary to avoid taking too much stagger damage.

Remember, to fill up the bar quickly, you need to hit the enemy with a combination of heavy strikes and powerful attacks. When they are staggered, this is when you can break down the enemy’s health bar.

Explosive weapons like grenade launchers are some of the best when it comes to breaking an enemy’s guard and staggering them. Be sure to carry one with you if you want an easier time sending enemies into the staggered stage.
