Is there a new max level in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty? The paid DLC for Cyberpunk 2077 added a lot to the base game. In addition to smaller perks, there is a whole story centered around a new area called Dogtown.
Everything from new weapons to a new ending was added. CD Projekt Red really went all out with the Phantom Liberty Expansion. The developers also added a lot with the 2.0 update that was added just before the expansion’s release.

What is the level cap in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty?
The max level in Cyberpunk 2077 is now 60. This was increased from 50 which was the level cap before. The extra levels came as part of the 2.0 update and not the Phantom Liberty DLC. In fact, the entire skill tree system was reworked with the update.
Thanks to the new system, your attributes are more streamlined and you will get attribute points as you play through the game. You will also get perk points to put towards the various skills on the new skill trees.
You will get experience still from combat and completing quests. Depending on what skills and weapons you use, you will get experience toward specific skill trees like Shinobi, Netrunner, and Headhunter.
While you progress through these skill trees, you will get perk points to unlock abilities from each of them that you can use in combat.
While the maximum level increase didn’t come from the Phantom Liberty DLC, it did add plenty of other stuff to Night City. There are now 30 more quests that you can complete as part of the DLC. There is also a brand new ending that you can discover for completing the DLC.
