To find the microphone in Dave the Diver, start by diving deep into the ocean and swimming back to where you fought the giant squid. After defeating the squid, there is a shipwreck that will appear here. Search the shipwreck in the boss arena to find the Microphone.
You will be tasked with finding this item during the Sea People Language Translator quest. You will also need to find an amethyst as well as the Sea People Stone Tablet.
You will find plenty of different kinds of sea creatures so be sure to have your harpoon should you want to catch fish along the way. You may even need to get a few upgrades to your gear before heading down there.
