Dead Island 2 pre-orders offer a wide variety of bonuses depending on which version of the game you get. While this is standard practice for most game releases, Dead Island 2 is going a step beyond offering six different editions of the game for fans to pick from. Having three or four different editions of the game normally leads to some confusion. However, six different versions would confuse anyone on which to get. While there are six different editions of Dead Island 2 to choose from, there are really only three different versions. For some reason, the game offers different editions depending on if you buy physical or digital. These editions follow the standard pricing with the base game being $70 and the Hell-A edition being $100. The interesting thing is the Pulp edition. This seems to be a GameStop exclusive edition of the game that costs the same price as the base game.

The Digital version of the game has some varying prices as well. The base version is only $60 digitally. The Deluxe costs $75 and the Gold Edtion costs $80. This is why the game has to be divided between physical and digital. While you do have to pay more for physical, in some cases you get more.
