EA Sports FC 24 is set to release in September following its first official showcase yesterday. The game formerly known as FIFA is exciting and is one of EA’s most popular franchises. When it hits shelves and digital downloads, players will want to play with their friends. Will they be able to?

Will EA Sports FC 24 feature multiplayer?
Yes, EA Sports FC 24 will be multiplayer. It won’t be exclusively multiplayer as there are plenty of modes one could play by themselves. Players will simply have the option of several different game modes to play with other people.
Several different game modes will have the ability to play against other gamers. FUT, or Ultimate Team, is the primary multiplayer mode. In it, players can build a team with cards and take on other players’ teams. They can do challenges against the CPU, but also games against real people.
Clubs, which used to be called Pro Clubs, will also be multiplayer in EA FC. With this mode, players can control their created player and play in a full match with every player at every position on both teams being controlled by another person. Volta will be the same, just with futsal and street soccer instead.
Tournaments can be played with multiple people as well as Kick Off, which is commonly referred to as exhibition mode. Online Seasons, fittingly, will feature more than one player as well. The same is true of co-op seasons and online friendlies. Career mode, a hit in the FIFA series, can be multiplayer as well. You can join a connected franchise and even play it couch co-op.
Many of these modes can be played locally with multiplayer or online with friends and random matchmaking. Multiplayer will be cross-play, like from PC to PlayStation 5, on next-gen consoles only. Pre-orders for the Ultimate Edition as well as the Standard Edition have been available since July for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, PC, Nintendo Switch, PC, and PlayStation 4. The release date is not for another few weeks.
