How to get the new Redcap free skin in Fortnite
Redcap is the new free skin in Fortnite. To get the Redcap skin, you must join Fortnite’s Refer-A-Friend program. If you want to get this skin, you must follow a few requirements; additionally, it will require the help of a friend.
Follow the steps below to get the Redcap new free Fortnite skin:
- Go to Fortnite’s Refer-A-Friend website
- Sign in with your Epic Games account
- You must then invite up to five friends
- Complete several in-game tasks to receive the Redcap skin
However, the Redcap free skin will only be available for a limited time. The Refer-A-Friend 3.0 program will end on January 9, 2024. So, you and your friends have ample time to get various rewards and the new free skin! In addition to the new Redcap skin, you can also receive more rewards. These are the free items you can unlock once you complete the in-game quests:
- Back Bling
- Pickaxe
- Emoticon
- Spray
- Banner Icon
- Wrap
However, you receive these items, you must complete the following quests:
- Create a connection (Refer a Friend)
- Play one match with your connection
- Gain 50 Levels with your connection
- Place Top 10, in total, six times with your connection
- Eliminate 45 enemies with your connection
Thankfully, there are various modes by which you can complete these quests. You can complete these quests in Zero Build, the Battle Royale, and Ranked modes. If you’re really eager to get these rewards, you can also use Fortnite’s bot lobbies to complete these quests.
