Nike Air Max shoes have made their way into Fortnite! The Nike x Fortnite collaboration was released on Tuesday, June 20, and has brought many fantastic cosmetic items to the Item Shop. However, the best thing is that the new collab has brought a free item as well.
Fortnite players now have a chance to unlock Nike Air Max 1 shoes for free! These shoes are used as back bling and are perfect for anyone who loves sneakers, especially Nike ones.

Fortnite Nike Air Max shoes can be unlocked for free by playing the Creative map
The Fortnite x Nike collaboration has brought many amazing cosmetic items to the video game, including two skins. However, the footwear company has also released a new UEFN map named Airphoria.
The Creative map features some of the most amazing shoes Nike has ever released. The map has several tasks you can complete, but these are optional. If you want to unlock the Nike Air Max shoes back bling, you simply need to stay on the map for 10 minutes.
To unlock the Fortnite x Nike back bling for free, here are the steps you need to take:
- Launch the game
- Open the Game Mode selection menu
- Go to the Island Code tab
- Enter 2118-5342-7190 as the code
- Press the Play button
- Spend at least 10 minutes on the map once it loads
Please keep in mind that the Nike Air Max back bling will not be added to your Fortnite locker right away. Instead, Epic Games will grant the free cosmetic item starting Wednesday, June 28.
Additionally, the Airphoria map will only be available until June 27 at 8 PM Eastern Time. Due to this, you should get into the game as soon as possible to unlock the free cosmetic item.
