From a first glance, it’s easy to see that the God of War Ragnarok review roundup paints a very positive picture. There are a huge number if places giving out 9s and 10s to the game.

This probably won’t shock many folks since the first game was so well received. That said, it’s nice to know that Santa Monica Studio hasn’t lost their touch.

High praise indeed, though not shockingly so. His review scored the game 10/10, one of the many perfect scores being handed out by outlets across the board. That includes IGN themselves, who also gave the game a perfect 10/10.

As you can see, it’s mostly been perfect scores. Even the outliers haven’t taken much of a chunk out of the game’s Metacritic score.

The few complaints people have mostly seem to revolve around the poor performance of the PS4 version of the game, and one or two minor gripes with puzzles and other obstacles feeling a bit obtuse.

Still, on the whole, God of War Ragnarok has come out very much in credit. You should try and get your hands on this game ASAP if you have any love for the franchise.
