There may come a time when you want to see just how well you’re doing in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. This all can be found through what the game refers to as your kill death ratio. It’s used to keep track of how many times the player dies versus how many enemies they kill during a match. If you’re curious and want to keep track of your score, here’s how to monitor your K/D ratio in Modern Warfare 2.

How to see your K/D in MW2

There are two ways to see your K/D in Modern Warfare 2. The first is in the in-game menu while the second can be found in the Multiplayer Menu Screen from the main page of the game.

To see your K/D during a match in Modern Warfare 2, all you have to do is go to the menu. Press the F3 if you’re playing on PC, the Menu Button on an Xbox controller, or the touchpad on a PlayStation. Doing so will bring up the menu where you can see your stats. However, the game will not pause as you’re playing online so you can still get shot and be killed while looking at the stats.

It’s best to find a place to hide if you want to view your K/D score while you’re playing. Though, it’s a great and fast way to see if you need to improve your score while you’re playing.

You can even check your K/D score at the end of a match. Once the game ends and you see the final results screen, you can hit the the touchpad on PlayStation, select Tab on PC, or press Menu on Xbox. This will bring up the screen with all of your stats.

You can also view your K/D score outside of a match through the Multiplayer Menu Screen. To find this, go to the Multiplayer Menu Screen and navigate to the Stats page on your specific platform. From here, you will find your average K/D score for games you’ve played of Modern Warfare 2.
