When you start playing The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, choosing between Hearts and Stamina can be confusing. Thankfully, similar to the Breath of the Wild game, there will also be a Cursed Statue; the only difference is that now you can choose between maximum health or a larger stamina wheel for a price. So, follow this guide to learn how to exchange Hearts for Stamina in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
Where do you exchange Hearts for Stamina in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom?
You must make A Deal with the Statue to exchange your Hearts for Stamina or vice versa. This is a side adventure that will take place after you have completed the main quest in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. To start this side quest, you must go to the Lookout Landing Skyview Tower and speak to Scorpis, who will open the Emergency Shelter. Once inside the Emergency Shelter, turn right and head toward the small crawlspace in the wall. Now, you will enter the Royal Hidden Passage; you must destroy the wall to make your way further.
Once inside, there will be a hidden passage on the right side passage. This is where you can find the Cursed Statue. First, he will ask if you want to make a bargain. Then he will take one Heart container from you, also called Essence. This will begin the side quest. After this, he will give you three options, He can give you a Heart, Stamina, or you can not make a deal. The Cursed Statue will also buy Heart Containers from you for 100 Rupees; you can repurchase them for 120 Rupees.
After giving the Cursed Statue your Heart Containers, it will ask if you want to exchange it for something else. When this happens, pick the I want one back option. Here you can choose the Stamina Vessel. There are five slots you can upgrade in your Stamina Wheel. Remember, you will gain Rupees when you give the Cursed Statue Heart Containers and will be deducted Rupees when you exchange your Hearts for Stamina.
