Disney Dreamlight Valley is what many cozy gamers would consider to be the Disney-themed version of Animal Crossing. This Gameloft title has been out since late 2022, and players have been enjoying the game since.
The game offers many things that players can do, including farming, customizing their outfits and furniture using motifs, and collecting other cosmetic items. Disney Dreamlight Valley revolves around something called The Forgetting, which is where all characters, like Moana, Remy, Simba, Mirabel, Olaf, Nala, Goofy, Mickey Mouse, Lion King, and many more, forget who they were, and Night Thorns take over the valley and the Dream Castle.
As the player, it is your job to save the valley and all those who once lived there. This is how the game begins, and the story will progress through completing challenges. But is Disney Dreamlight Valley free?

No, Disney Dreamlight Valley is currently not free. The game is being designed to be free-to-play, but it is currently in early access. To take part in early access, you will need to purchase one of the packs from the local online game store whether you are playing on Xbox Series X, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, or PC. Players who would like a little extra bonus content can purchase what is called the Founder’s Pack, which some with many more in-game items.
These packs, which players can buy to get into early access, also come with some exclusive rewards, each pack coming with different ones based on the price paid. The game most likely won’t release into free-to-play until sometime next year, maybe. Players can also look forward to multiplayer coming later this year as part of early access.
Something exciting for fans to look forward to is that the life-sim game will be getting multiplayer later in time year. While the game is still in its early access phase, those who wish to play the game for free can do so if they are subscribed to Xbox Game Pass.
