Redfall is well-liked and players are wondering if Redfall open world. Redfall is the latest game from Arkane Studios and is said to have an extensive map, but if you are wondering how open the map is, read on as we will discuss just that.
Does Redfall Have An Open World Gameplay?
Redfall will be hosting an open-world experience for players where they will be able to fully explore the entire map and immersive environment. This has been confirmed by the Redfall designer Harvey Smith in an interview.
Although prior games by Arcane Studios have followed a semi-open world pattern, Redfall will allow players to wander around in the town of Redfall, Massachusetts. There will also be side quests and stories apart from the main storyline that you can explore.
The game even has a co-op feature that will allow you to play the game with your friends and explore the many hidden mysteries on the map with them.
How Big Is The Redfall Map?
Redfall will have a much larger map than previous Arcane Studios releases, but the exact size of the map is yet to be released. For the sake of comparison, the largest map released by the Studio was for Prey in 2017, which had Talos One as its setting.
The Talos One map spanned a total of 27,000 square meters, so the Redfall map is going to be at least that size, if not bigger.
Nonetheless, the map will be divided into different districts, which will include dense streets, residential suburbs, and rural farmlands. There will also be a couple of safe houses where you can go to take refuge from the vampire attacks and rejuvenate.
