Haemimont Games has created Jagged Alliance 3, a game focused on tactical turned-based combat to control territory in the country of Grand Chien. After the elected president of the country has gone missing, the president’s family hired members of the powerful Adonis Corporation to help handle the situation.
Jagged Alliance 3 features a huge cast of mercenaries for you to select from to fight back against the enemy forces and gain control of the countryside. You are up against the powerful paramilitary force known as the Legion. The tactical turn-based combat of Jagged Alliance 3 is unforgiving and won’t be easy.
Gather enough money throughout your journey to stockpile salvage, weapons, and resources. Amidst the chaos of war, you will explore an active world by yourself or with a friend. Can you play online with your friend via crossplay? Is Jagged Alliance 3 crossplay?
Does Jagged Alliance 3 have crossplay?
No. Jagged Alliance 3 does not feature crossplay or cross-platform capabilities. If you want to play online with your friends, you will need to do so on PC. Since the game is only available on PC, there are no other consoles for you to connect to. Both players will need to purchase the game through Steam.
This is unfortunate news but expected since the game is only on PC. Perhaps there will be a PlayStation or Xbox Series X port in the future to allow for crossplay capabilities. For now, you will only be able to play on Microsoft Windows.
Play through the game’s campaign with an ally and choose from a group of skilled mercenaries. The open RPG structure of Jagged Alliance 3 will allow you to make your own decisions that control the fate of Grand Chien.
There are many characters to meet such as new people and fan favorites that have returned from previous games. Meet the many locals, each with their own unique personalities. Fight back against the Legion forces with an arsenal of weaponry and a large cast of unique mercenaries with a wide array of special perks.
With it confirmed that Jagged Alliance 3 does not include cross play, rest assured fans can still play multiplayer on Jagged Alliance with the friends they have on their current systems!
