Healing is essential if you want to survive the punishing world of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. Normally, players can just go to a meditation spot and rest to regain any health they’ve used up. The downside is that this will reset enemies in the area and isn’t always available.

If you could meditate after every fight, it’d be easier to survive, but a headache. Instead, meditation spots are scattered randomly and are sparse.

Luckily, below we’ve detailed how to heal.

How to heal in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor

If you press up on your D-Pad on PlayStation and Xbox, Cal will ask BD-1 to hand him a stim. Cal will catch it and heal himself. This heals a good portion of health, but isn’t a complete do-over if you’ve lost too much.

Keep in mind that there is also a limited amount of Stims for Cal to grab. You’ll need to be stingy with it and try not to get damaged after every fight. Eventually, Cal will run out and you will have to just deal with the lack of health.

How to carry more Stims in Jedi: Survivor

You’ll need to upgrade your carrying capacity to carry more Stims. It’s worth the investment because you’ll eventually face tougher enemies as the game goes on and a few mistakes are easily remedied with a quick heal.

Investing in carrying capacity delays any more upgrades, so we’re not saying to upgrade the pouch exclusively, but upgrading to hold more is a smart thing to do early on when it’s cheaper.

How to replace Stims in Jedi: Survivor

You will eventually run out if you’re too wild with your use of Stims. When you run out, you’ll need to go to a meditation spot to replenish your used Stims. Cal will automatically replenish his Stims when he rests, so replacing any Stims will reset all enemies.
