Minecraft Legends is finally here – and offers a new twist to the growing Mojang universe. Minecraft Legends is a third-person game that takes place during an invasion of the piglins -where you need to save the Overworld from the Nether.
The big change here is that you control mobs, so unsurprisingly, gamers are keen to find out what co-op options there are in the game. But does it support split-screen play? And if not, what other options are available to play? Here’s everything you need to know.
Does Minecraft Legends have split screen?
There is no split screen support for Minecraft Legends. However, the main Minecraft game does support split-screen on Xbox, while PC Minecraft users will need to install a mod. One such mod is Minecraft Forge – which you can grab here.
There has been nothing confirmed re. split screen functionality for Minecraft Legends, but the way the modding community works, we could well see something pop up at some time.
The good news is that as per Videogamer.com, Minecraft Legends has online co-op play so you can team up with your friends online. It’s also cross-platform, so you can jump in with pals regardless of what platform they’re playing on. So at least you won’t be venturing into the Minecraft world alone.
