The Pokemon GO Johto tour is nearly upon us, where we’ll get the chance to take part in the Pokemon GO Johto Tour. The Season of Heritage is still ongoing too, so that story is still going on, especially with the recent mischief that Team Rocket have been up to. Particularly now with the Apex Shadow Pokemon, Lugia and Ho-Oh.

Ticket Holders for the Johto Tour will unlock a special Masterwork Research Line. One that’s meant to be completed over a long period of time.

By completing and progressing this Masterwork research, you’ll get the chance to encounter the Legendary Apex Shadow Lugia or Ho-Oh. You might think that depending on the type of ticket you bought, Gold or Silver, you’ll get the corresponding Legendary Pokemon. That’s not true for this! No matter the ticket you got, you can obtain both Apex Shadow Lugia and Ho-Oh for this Research Line.

Apex Shadow Ho-Oh

Sacred Fire +

Apex Shadow Ho-Oh knows Sacred Fire+, a stronger version of Sacred Fire.

• Trainer Battles: 130 power
• Gyms and raids: 135 power

Sacred Fire ++

When Apex Shadow Ho-Oh is purified, Sacred Fire+ will change to Sacred Fire++.

• Trainer Battles: 130 power
• Gyms and raids: 155 power

Apex Shadow Lugia

Aero Blast +

Apex Shadow Lugia knows Aeroblast+, which is a stronger version of Aeroblast.

• Trainer Battles: 170 power
• Gyms and raids: 200 power

Aeroblast ++

When Apex Shadow Lugia is purified, Aeroblast+ will change to Aeroblast++.

• Trainer Battles: 170 power
• Gyms and raids: 225 power
