We are now just days away from The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom’s release – and we couldn’t be more excited to get our hands on the sequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.
As with many games, you’ll be able to preload the latest installment in the Zelda franchise – and we’ve got all the information you need, from when we think you can, to the download size. Here’s everything you need to know.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom preload date prediction
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom preloads have already started. If you’re interested in preloading the game, go to the Nintendo Eshop and begin downloading now. If haven’t paid for it, buy it now to start your preloading time.
There is a lot of hype for this game, even more than for most first-person shooter games. You can either wait until the release date or go through the preload process to be ready when the game launches.
Here, Nintendo states the following: “Up to 7 days before the game’s release date, your selected payment will be processed and the game will be pre-loaded on your system. You’ll be able to start playing the game after downloading a small update at the time of the game’s release. If the payment fails to process, your pre-order will be canceled.”

The time has already come, so if you were waiting to preload, the wait is over. Go to the Nintendo Eshop and start preloading The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
You can only preload if you bought the game before release, but we say it’s worth it for the pre-order bonuses.

What we do know is how much space you’ll need. According to the Nintendo Store, you’ll need a minimum of 16361.00 MB space free. It’s a massive game, but it’s trying to do more than its predecessor.
