AMD has just released information on the new Ryzen 7000 X3D series CPUs regarding price and release date. People have been guessing about these CPUs since they were first showcased at CES 2023. Now, we finally know the AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D price.

The brand new X3D CPUs will release on the 28th of February 2023. Apart from the 7800X3D, which will be released on April 6th.
The AMD Ryzen 7000 X3D processors promise to bring unseen performance and efficiency to the CPU industry. The 7950X3D is the top dog so we expect great things from it. We all saw how well the 5800X3D did against the 12900K at the time, despite its lower clock speeds the 5800X3D took the gaming crown. We’re excited to see what this generation of X3D CPUs can do.

We finally have an official price for the Ryzen 9 7950X3D, and we have to say it is rather steep, even for this monster of a CPU. It looks like AMD is back to overpricing chips, we noticed that the price of the 7000 series has fallen a lot over the past few weeks, and we hoped that would carry out into the X3D chips. Apparently not.
The official MSRP of the AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D is $699 The same price as the 7950X at launch.
We don’t have official price data for the UK, but $699 converts to £564. So we know the price will absolutely be between £564 and £699. We know this technology is new, but it’s still priced a little high for us. We hope to see these CPU prices fall soon. As excited as we are for them.
