ASUS have partnered up with AMD to offer some great deals on their Radeon graphics cards this March. Sadly this doesn’t extend to the US but if you’re living in the UK, France, Germany or Austria you can get big reductions, particularly on the higher SKU models. Below we’ve summarised all the details you need to know to secure these price drops whilst they last.

Generally ASUS branded graphics cards are some of the best AIBs on the market, they regularly feature in our best of guides each year and they’re known to be a quality brand when it comes to cooling and build quality.

AMD Radeon GPUs typically offer good performance to price value, particularly with the recent development of ‘Fluid Motion Frames’ tech, which can potentially double the in-game FPS on your Radeon card, whether they be the latest gen or the previous gen. This value can be amplified even further by taking advantage of this sweet deal – it’s the perfect way to build your dream gaming PC without breaking the bank.

How much can I save in the ASUS AMD cashback campaign?

The amount you can save in the cashback campaign differs depending on the SKU of the graphics card you’re looking at. The more expensive GPUs will get you more cashback when you purchase them, with the top tier being the Radeon RX 7900 XTX, which will get you a cashback saving of £85/100€ depending on your country. Have a read below for our breakdown of the different options available so you know which graphics card is right for your needs.

In the UK you can also save an additional £25 on all products by participating in the Rate My Gear campaign, where you just have to submit a short review on the product you bought.

Which GPU should you pick?

We’ve separated out the different graphics card options below into three categories based on budget and performance requirements. Running games on higher resolutions (particularly UHD/4K) obviously requires a more powerful card if you want to play your games on the higher settings and still get good FPS, yet you needn’t spend so much if you’re content with playing your games at FHD – spend wisely and save your money for other parts of your build!

4K gaming (high-end)

If you’re going to game at 4K i.e. UHD resolution, then you need the most powerful graphics cards available. Top of the shop when it comes to powerful GPUs is the RX 7900 XTX, with the similarly named RX 7900 XT coming in second place in the Radeon range. The former is probably the one we’d pick if you want to play with your settings maxed out, and this deal is a great opportunity to pick up a tasty discount on yours.

1440p/1600p gaming (mid-tier)

In recent years 2560 x 1440 or 2560 x 1600 (the taller aspect ratio 16:10 version) has become the new standard resolution for a lot of PC gamers, particularly if you’re playing an immersive single player title and/or are playing on a monitor with a larger screen. The RX 7700 XT is the entry-level GPU we’d recommend to play at this resolution if you want to enjoy good FPS, whereas the RX 7800 XT has a bit more punch if you want to run things on max settings.

1080p/1200p gaming (budget tier)

If you’re looking to keep your costs down and only plan on gaming on a 1920 x 1080 or 1920 x 1200 monitor, the below options will suit your needs well. The RX 7600 is the least powerful of the bunch and also the cheapest, with the RX 7600 XT being the next SKU up.

How long does the ASUS AMD cashback campaign last for?

The ASUS AMD cashback campaign runs between 1st – 30th March 2024 (ending at 23:59 CET on the 30th). You then have until the close of the 4th of April to redeem your cashback, though make sure you don’t leave this until the last minute!

In short then you have until just before the end of the month to pick your new GPU up, and several days after that you claim your money back.

How do you claim your cashback?

The method you use to claim your cashback differs slightly depending on the country you’re in. In the UK and Germany, as mentioned, there are effectively two processes you need to complete if you want to maximise your savings.

Firstly there’s the cashback claim (the amount of which varies depending on the product as discussed). This will require you to setup an ASUS account, then complete a form with your personal details plus upload a copy of the invoice from the retailer you bought the product from, along with various other bits of product information (the name of the product, the serial number etc.) The images below show you what is specifically required. Both French German participants must fill out the Cashback claim in a similar way.

ASUS Rate My Gear

Secondly there’s the Rate My Gear promotion, which gives you £25 across the board as discussed. To be eligible for this, you need to leave a review on a participating retailer site then submit your review here. German participants do not have access to the Rate My Gear promotion but can instead claim back from Gamesplanet.
