BIOSTAR wasted absolutely no time in trying to reduce any confusion around the latest Microsoft Windows 11 system requirements. TPM 2.0 support has been the talking point of many’a forum post in recent weeks, sparking confusion and debate regarding what will and won’t be compatible with the latest version of Microsoft’s operating system.

To clear up any confusion, BIOSTAR has released its full list of motherboards that are Windows 11 ready – including support for TPM 2.0.

BIOSTAR Windows 11 Compatible Motherboard List

The following is the most up-to-date list of BIOSTAR Windows 11 compatible motherboards:

Intel SeriesAMD Series
Z590 seriesA520 series
B560 seriesB550 series
B460 seriesX570 series
H510 seriesB450 series
B250 seriesX470 series
J4105NHUX370 series
B350 series
A320 series

As you can see, BIOSTAR offer a wide variety of options when it comes to TPM 2.0 support. However, what is strange about this list is the variety of AMD boards that are listed. If you’ve been keeping up-to-date with the latest motherboard compatibility news, you’ll likely notice that BIOSTAR are one of the only brands to offer Windows 11 support right down to the 300-series boards. This is a huge win for users running older BIOSTAR motherboards as they will not need to upgrade hardware – unlike users using alternative brands’ hardware.

Furthermore, a slew of popular chipsets that include Z490, H410, Z390, Z370, H370, B360, H310, Z270, H270, and B260 are not listed – leading many to believe that the brand may completely abandon these boards. Only time will tell.
