Mario Kart 8 Deluxe fans have been waiting with bated breath for the release of the next wave of courses in the DLC. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Wave 2.

Luckily they don’t have to wait much longer, with Nintendo announcing that the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Wave 2 will release on August 4th.
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Wave 2 Courses
The courses included in the next wave of DLC have been announced to be the following:
- Turnip Cup
- New York Minute (Tour)
- Mario Circuit 3 (SNES)
- Kalimari Desert (N64)
- Waluigi Pinball (DS)
- Propellor Cup
- Sydney Spring (Tour)
- Snow Land (GBA)
- Mushroom Gorge (Wii)
- Sky-High Sundae (new track)
Fans were speculating that today may have an announcement for the next wave of DLC, since Mario Kart 8 Deluxe had maintenance along with several other Nintendo Switch titles.
What Was In Booster Pass Wave One?
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Pass Wave One contained the following courses:
- Paris Promenade
- Toad Circuit
- Choco Mountain
- Coconut Hall
- Tokyo Blur
- Shroom Ridge
- Sky Garden
- Ninja Hideaway
In addition to these first two waves of DLC, we’re also getting four other waves of track DLC that will be released for the game before the end in 2024.

Of course, this also makes it relatively unlikely that we see the release of a new Mario Kart game until at least 2024, with Nintendo supporting this title for so long.
