The release date for Resident Evil 4 Separate Ways DLC is September 21, 2023. Separate Ways is the long-awaited DLC to the Capcom Resident Evil 4 Remake. The story will follow alongside Ada Wong on her parallel journey through the events of the original Resident Evil 4.
During her full story, you can find some unanswered questions in the main story, revealed in Separate Ways. As a result, the story will be revealed through Ada’s side of events. Ada’s mission is the retrieval of the cult’s darkest secret, the Amber. To complete this mission, she makes her way to the cursed village. Ada Wong therefore makes her way to the village long before Leon S. Kennedy makes his way to the village. During her time in the village, she must face unknown threats lurking in the shadows as she searches for the cult’s darkest secret.
During the mission, you can see the appearance of Albert Wesker, the man employing Ada on this dangerous mission. In addition, Luis Serra, Ada’s co-conspirator, pledged to help her obtain the Amber. This is all happening during the events of Resident Evil 4 and helps see other sides of events that aren’t part of leon’s campaign.
Along with the Resident Evil 4 remake Separate Ways DLC, there will also be a free DLC called The Mercenaries, which features new playable characters in mercenaries mode. The Mercenaries will be a free update.
