Canceling Your Jasper AI Account
Log in to your Jasper AI account using your email and password, and you will be directed to a page where you can update your payment information. You will find a cancel account button at the bottom of this page.
By clicking this button, you can initiate the cancellation process for your account. Make sure to carefully follow all the provided steps to complete the cancellation and finalize the process.
- Open the app and locate the settings menu.
- Within the settings menu, look for the “Billing” section.
- Scroll down the page until you find the “cancel account” button.
- Click on the “cancel account” button to initiate the cancellation process.
Note that cancellations are automatically scheduled to take effect at the end of your billing cycle. I will take advantage of the remaining time in your billing cycle to make the most of the services you have already paid for.

Pausing Your Jasper AI Plan
