Call of Duty players get hands-on look at limited-time mode

Call of Duty is welcoming in so much new content and providing its community with many new features to look forward to this upcoming Season 4. Just last week, we got a look at the roadmap for CoD, both Modern Warfare and Warzone, and it showed many new operators, weapons, features, and even a new map coming in Season 4.

Now that Season 4 is coming in full swing, players are getting closer looks into the new map called Vondel, where players can take part in a new game mode, Lockdown. Today, we got a look deeper into the new mode on ModernWarzone social media.

Call of Duty welcomes a new map and game mode in Season 4 update

The new mode called Lockdown is supposed to be a combination of Warzone and Hardpoint mixed together. It is a limited-time mode that is only arriving in Season 4 for Warzone on June 14, the new map is called Vondel, which brings many new things to the plate. This mode won’t be made available on any other maps but only on Vondel.

In ModernWarzone’s post from today, a link to a YouTube video was included showing some really cool gameplay of the new map and new mode. The tweet also shares how the mode is a crossover with hardpoint and a fast-paced altercation with Plunder.

For now, there is no official end time for when the Lockdown mode will be removed from the game, but it will definitely be available for two weeks of Season 4 once it officially starts. Players will be able to begin playing this new mode on Vondel starting June 14, remember that it will be only for a limited time, but many other features and content are here to stay.
