In our opinion, yes, you should definitely at least try out the latest update for Cyberpunk 2077. There’s plenty of new content being added to the game that’s worth checking out, even if you never warmed up to the game at its launch.
Car combat is being added, where you’re able to shoot guns from moving vehicles. Vehicle combat will be particularly useful against the new police system. The updated Night City Police will be far more aggressive, setting up barricades and trying to run you off the road.
A big addition is the new Relic Skill Tree and Perks, which allow for new builds to your character to take on the revamped NCPD and other missions.
Cyberware and combat AI are also being updated, along with smaller additions like:
- New radio stations
- Changes to the crafting system
The best part is all of this is being added to the base game, so you don’t need to purchase anything to try it out. The free update is coming to the many platforms for Cyberpunk 2077, including PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC, ahead of the Phantom Liberty DLC release. Make sure you have the best GPU to run all the new content.
