Dave the Diver is a delightful casual RPG adventure where you play as Dave, and dive into the ocean for exploration during the day, to bring up your catches and serve them as a sushi restaurant manager at night.

There are tons of fish to be caught as you play, including Eels, Tuna, Seahorses, Marlin, and other treasures to find deep in the sea.

If you need help catching one of the fish found in Dave the Diver, the White Trevally, we’ve got you covered.

How to get White Trevally in Dave the Diver

The White Trevally is a fish found at a depth anywhere between 50m-130m during the day and can be caught using the harpoon gun, similar to all other fish species found in Dave the Diver. You can also use these other tools to catch them, though the harpoon is the simplest:

  • Sensor Net Sensor Trap
  • Steel Net Bombs

White Trevally are luckily, not particularly rare fish, so you shouldn’t have much trouble finding them so long as you are diving at the right depth meter.

We recommend trying to find them near the center of the Blue Hole, as this is where we most commonly found them. These fish will be yellow and white, and they won’t attack you as some other fish will.

These fish are mainly used for the Reticent Girl sub-mission. You’ll be able to find many more White Trevally spawning if you are actively playing this mission, as they are one of the ingredients needed for the guest Maki to have the White Trevally Kombu Ochazuke dish. Maki will join your restaurant crew once you’ve served it to her.

Dave the Diver is a wonderful game to explore the reef and both deep down meters below the surface, and shallow water while running a sushi restaurant to plenty of different groups of people. A truly great game for summer.
