If you are hunting around for Come to Pass or Tarnation in Destiny 2 The Witch Queen you might be struggling to get them to drop.

The weapons appear to be on a timed rotation which is causing issues for players who need them to complete a quest.

Destiny 2 Come to Pass

A thread on Reddit is bemoaning the severe lack of drops, or even understanding of when either weapon drops considering it is required. Players are struggling to get both Tarnation grenade launcher and Come to Pass auto rifle, as you can see in the thread below.

It seems the rarity issue comes to the fore when you are looking for the weapon with Deepsight for the Evidence Board Quest.

The only way we know at the moment at the moment to get Come to Pass is in the Wellsprings of Throne World, so you will need to finish this to have a chance of getting hold of it. Unfortunately, with such low drop rates, you will need to finish it multiple times, unless the RNG gods are on your side as players are saying they have had no drops after 10+ runs.

The weapon drops from Golmag, Warden of the Spring in the Wellsprings but it looks as if you have to be fortunate enough for it to be in rotation to have a chance.

This seems a bit crazy to us when it is needed for a quest, but hey, devs will extend the playtime of their games anyway they can these days.
