EA Sports FC 24 was recently shown off in a few reveal trailers and is coming out sooner than later. The game formerly known as FIFA is routinely on a wide variety of consoles, but with the dawn of next-gen gaming, older platforms might be left out.

Will Xbox One get EA Sports FC 24?
Yes, Xbox One will have EA Sports FC 24. It is available on both Xbox platforms as EA has not yet left the One in the dust. It will not be as high quality as the Xbox Series X|S one will be, but it will be playable at the release date or for early access.
A day is coming when sports games, and all games, will no longer be made for last-gen consoles. Right now, there are some games that don’t have releases for Xbox One or PlayStation 4, such as Spider-Man 2 and Starfield. That day is not today, though, as Xbox One users can play EA Sports FC 24. As long as your EA account is linked with this platform, you can play the Ultimate Edition of EA Sports FC 24 (or the Standard Edition) with ease.
While there are versions of the game for both Xbox One and next-gen consoles, they will not be the same. Several key features are only on Xbox Series X|S. These include dual entitlement, enhanced career mode and Ultimate Team, and much more for fans. The version of FC on Xbox One became available after the official announcement in July.
Furthermore, there is no cross-play on Xbox One. Last-gen consoles do not have the ability to play with each other or the next-gen consoles. Any multiplayer mode one does on the Xbox One will be with another Xbox One user and not a PC, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, or other platform.
The Ultimate Edition and Standard Edition are both available on Xbox One, though. Pre-orders for them are up now before the launch in September.
