High tech meets the prehistoric in Exoprimal, the dino survival game from Capcom where you and other heroic pilots team up to combat dinosaurs in Aibius’s revolutionary cutting-edge technology, exosuits in this team-based action game.

There’s plenty you need to know if you want to dominate both PvP and PvE modes, like how to use modules, who the exosuit pilots are, and what the squad size is.

Of course, picking the best exofighters is also important, and we’ve compiled a tier list of all exosuits so you can know which are best in Exoprimal.

Exoprimal – Exosuit Rankings Tier List

Here is our tier list for all the exosuits you can play in-game:

S TierKrieger, Barage, Deadeye
A TierMursame, Nimbus
B TierRoadblock, Zephyr, Witchdoctor
C TierSkywave, Vigilant

S Tier Exosuits in Exoprimal

Krieger

Hands down, Krieger is the best exosuit in the game. This Tank exosuit may take a second to wind up, but once you get your minigun going, it can mow down crowds with ease. Combine that with the Dome Shield for protection and a whopping 900 health, Krieger is both the best tank and the best overall for both medium range and close quarters.

Barage

Barage is the best assault exosuit you can play as, with a fantastic combination of both speed and strength. Another exosuit that’s great for hordes, which you will commonly be fighting, Barage can take them down quickly and efficiently with their grenade main attack, keeping the Barage exosuit in the higher rankings for this tier list.

Deadeye

Deadeye is another assault exosuit that’s perfect for both beginners and veterans. This all-purpose exosuit may seem a bit basic, but the Ravager assault rifle gets the job done and offers both mid-range and long-range attacks for great efficiency.

A Tier Exosuits in Exoprimal

Murasame

Another one of the tank exosuits, Murasame has a large blade capable of slicing through dinosaurs and prehistoric mutants easily. It’s great for diving straight into a big crowd and taking out a bunch at once in close-quarters, but pretty useless at long range. That’s to be expected when you have a cool sword, though.

Nimbus

Nimbus is the by far the best support exosuit in Exoprimal, as it can switch between both support and damage. Support is necessary for the team’s survival, and Nimbus’s versatility lets you do more than just stand on the sidelines healing, which is more than we can say about the other support exosuits, so Nimbus gets the honor of being the best.

B Tier Exosuits in Exoprimal

Roadblock

Roadblock is another tank exosuit, and while it’s great for the sheer amount of health you get (1000), its bulky design means it’s not great for speed. You still have a big punch to pack, but because you move so slowly, it can be difficult to keep up with the battle.

Zephyr

A lightweight assault type, the Zephyr exosuit is the opposite of Roadblock. Great movement speed, but little armor to back it up. While playing Zephyr you have to be very careful not to be taken out quickly, especially because you’ll be up close and personal with the dinosaurs.

Witchdoctor

Witchdoctor is another support exosuit that has fantastic healing capabilities. The suit also has a paralyzing attack that is great at controlling large crowds, even if its direct attacks are weak.

C Tier Exosuits in Exoprimal

Skywave

While flying is definitely always fun, Skywave’s paralyzing attack is nowhere near as good as Witchdoctor’s. This support exosuit is good at healing, but the paralyzing attack relies on your teammates actually knowing how to use it, making it not very beginner friendly.

Vigilant

Finally, the last on our tier list and the worst overall exosuit in Exoprimal is Vigilant. This assault exosuit is meant for long distances, as a sniper. Why do we need to snipe dinosaurs in a game focused on being up close and personal? We just don’t know.

All exosuits in Exoprimal ranked

Each exosuits has its strengths and weaknesses for different missions and varying gameplay, so while we’ve ranked the exosuits for our experience with the game, don’t be afraid to mix it up a little. If you want a fighting chance to withstand enemy attacks and the massive hordes of dinosaur foes that run rampant in Exoprimal, you’re going to want to use what’s best for your variety of abilities and your allies.

Each exosuit makes up a part of the team’s combat effectiveness with different weapons and rigs to take down the sudden dinosaur outbreaks, forming a formidable front line of defense against the dinosaur threat. The Aibius Corporation has given you plenty to choose from as you fight the raptors, neo triceratops, and the tide of the saurian swarms that threaten the extinction of the human race, so choose carefully for the best rewards.
