How to get the Starfall Pickaxe in Fortnite for free
If you want to unlock the Starfall Pickaxe without spending any V-Bucks, you will need to complete daily quests. Specifically, you need to complete Reboot Rally quests. These quests change as the event goes on and are the key to unlocking the items from the Demon Beach set.
To complete Reboot Rally quests, you will need to team up with other eligible players and complete whatever daily tasks are presented to you. Completing the tasks will get you points that unlock the cosmetic items. The Starfall Pickaxe requires 200 points to unlock.
Past quests for the Reboot Rally have required players to complete tasks like completing battle royale matches with friends, completing daily quests, and earning experience. Luckily, the Reboot Rally tasks are pretty simple and can typically be completed quickly.
The daily quests are perhaps the most difficult part of the rally and can take you multiple days to complete depending on how fast you are at completing them. Some examples of daily quests are:
- Restore Health or Shields
- Search produce boxes
- Travel distance while riding Grind Rails
The daily quests are fairly easy to complete and will typically only take you a match or two to complete. Additionally, you will receive extra daily quests once you team up with your friends.
